business, allowing him to serve his customers with knowledge from the beginning of the sale to the completion of the building project.  In December of 1994, Joe and his family, started their own company, K-Construction, Inc.

In March of 2003, K-Construction, Inc. was given the opportunity to become a Lester Building Dealer.  We accepted, and feel that this was a step in the right direction.  With a combination of Joe’s wealth of product knowledge and a thriving company like Lester Building Systems, K-Construction is able to provide the best possible “building solution” in the marketplace today.  He truly understands how to blend design with product functionality to raise the level of excellence.  It is this level of excellence in service that allows K-Construction, Inc. in conjunction with Lester Buildings, Inc. to be a leader in the building industry.

Joe currently resides in Alta Vista, Ks, along with his wife.  They have 2 sons, one deceased, 1 daughter, 2 daughters-in-law, and 1 son-in-law.  Their children have given them 7 precious grandchildren.  They all live in the area, keeping them very busy.  Joe is a member of the First Baptist Church where he serves on the Board of Deacons.  Joe is also an active councilman for the City of Alta Vista.
